Seong Ho Suh, Senior Consultant
Seong Ho Suh is a senior consultant of Richard Wang & Co. He obtained his Bachelor of Law and Master of Laws degrees from Pusan National University and has also studied at the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, the University of Washington, and the University of London.
Mr. Suh is a U.S.-licensed Korean attorney and heads Richard Wang & Co.¡¯s Korea Practice Group, which consists of experienced and specialized attorneys working in the firm¡¯s Beijing and Shanghai offices.
Upon his graduation from Pusan National University in early 1991, Mr. Suh began his legal practice with the Legal Department of LG International Corporation. Mr. Suh subsequently practiced law at both Allen & Overy and King & Wood in Beijing. Mr. Suh has extensive experience with large-scale projects involving top-tier Korean companies and institutions.
Major practice areas: Foreign direct investment, corporate law, International transactions, real estate, banking & finance, dispute resolution (arbitration & litigation) and intellectual property with respect to China-related matters.
Working languages: Korean, English and Mandarin Chinese.
