Mr. Chen Wenwei, a senior partner of Richard Wang & Co. and member of Economics Committee of All China Lawyer Association, graduated from Kyushu University, Japan, in 1999 and since then has engaged in providing legal service to foreign- invested companies in China.
Mr. Chen dealt with a number of difficult cases in his years of practice of foreign investment law and related fields, including billion-yuan international trade disputes, recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards, shareholder¡¯s derivative action, product liability, etc. As legal counsel for dozens of Fortune 500 companies, he is able to advise on contentious matters in fluent Japanese.
