Jeffrey C. Zhang is a senior partner of Richard Wang & Co. He is based in our Shanghai office.
Mr. Zhang, LL.M in Commercial Law, Nanjing University; Ph.D. in Constitution Law and Administration Law, China University of Political Science and Law.
Mr. Zhang joined Richard Wang & Co. in early 1998. Before joining Richard Wang & Co., he practiced law at Nanjing Jinheng Firm from 1994 to 1995 and at Shanghai Shenchen Firm from 1996 to 1998.
Mr. Zhang specializes in corporate law and contract law, foreign investment, international trade, maritime, labor law, and especially in litigation and arbitration. Mr. Zhang has practiced numerous influential cases and published books and articles on law journal Mr. Zhang provides abundant theories and extensive experience.
Major practice areas: International trade, maritime litigation, arbitration, corporation affairs and commercial law, M&A and reorganization, intellectual property rights, as well as foreign direct investment and labor disputes.
