Mr. Well L. Tong, a partner of Richard Wang & Co., obtained his Bachelor of Engineering degree from Suzhou University and obtained his LL.M Degree from China Renmin University.
Mr. Well L. Tong formerly worked in Marubeni Corporation, Kawasho, engaged in business management and international trade practices. Since 2004, he worked as head of the Hangzhou office and later head of the Suzhou office of a well-known law firm, responsible for the legal consultant services for nearly one hundred Japanese-invested enterprises in Suzhou region. Mr. Well L. Tong joined Richard Wang & Co. in 2008.
Mr. Well L. Tong has accumulated great deal of practical experience in administrative inspection, punishment, reconsideration and action disposal concerning industrial and commercial, customs and tax in the daily operation of Japanese-invested enterprise. He has participated in many Japanese-invested enterprise reorganization & merge projects. Mr. Well L. Tong also has provided legal services to the Suzhou Branch, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) and to the Wuxi representative office, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi (BTM) as well.
