Alex Fang, partner, based in Richard Wang & Co. Shanghai office. Alex obtained his Bachelor of Law degree from the East China University of Politics & Law and has been working continuously as a lawyer for more than 7 years after obtaining the practice qualification.
Mr. Fang began his practice from 1996, before he joined Richard Wang & Co. in early 2006, he was engaged with two top local law firms. In particular, he focused his practice on securities- related legal affairs from 2002-2005.
Mr. Fang specializes in corporate law, security & financing law, and foreign direct investment law. Mr. Fang has served as outside counsel to the most famous real estate corporation by providing legal consultancy in respect of bidding and tendering invitation, real-estate development and construction, hotel management, etc. He also actively involved in the reorganization and restructuring of various enterprises, M&A and reorganization of listed companies, overseas investment and private equity for companies in the process of overseas listing, restructuring and reorganization of state-owned enterprises and financial enterprises, as well as foreign investment and M&A of domestic enterprises by foreign capitals. His service covers industries such as banking, real estate, retailing, hotel business, securities and steel industries.
